This code list is used in association with the description attribute which is used by the Named Road Junction feature type in the Geographical Names collection. The code list describes a named or numbered junction.

Label	Definition
Numbered A Road Junction	A road junction that is part of a road classified as A Road that has an official number.
Numbered Motorway Junction	A road junction that is part of a road classified as Motorway that has an official number.
Road Junction	A location where two or more roads meet, that is not a roundabout or a numbered junction. Includes mini-roundabouts.
Roundabout	A junction in which road traffic is permitted to flow in one direction around a central island, and priority is typically given to traffic already in the junction.
