Versioning information
This page highlights the changes which have been introduced when releasing a new data schema version within the OS NGD Address Theme.

March 2023 release of data schema version 2.0
The following feature types in the GB Address and Islands Address Collections are now available as data schema version 2.0:
Built Address
Historic Address
Non-Addressable Object
Pre-Build Address
New attributes have been added to these OS NGD Address feature types and improvements have been implemented regarding the consistency of address positioning, usage classifications, business names, and address lifecycle.
The following new attributes have been added:

More information on the new attributes is available on the individual feature type pages – the new attributes are easy to spot as they have a blue square 'NEW' emoji next to them and a note saying: 'This is a new attribute in data schema version 2.0, available from the end of March 2023.' For example:
Please note, when accessing any of the data schema version 2.0 feature types mentioned above, the Related Components provided with these feature types have also been updated, as documented below.
